Gettin' Ready for Your New Family Member!

Once you make up your mind to add a new fur-baby to your family, the anticipation is so exciting! There are many basic things you'll need to make sure the transition is easy from my house to yours, and I've compiled a short list here for you to consider. • Washable pee pads are invaluable under the playpen or in your home to protect your floors.

  
  

• Playpens are excellent for containing your little one until she can be trusted to roam around freely in your home.

  
  

• I use a tray with fake grass to help the puppies learn to go potty in an outside environment.

  
  

• I begin my puppies with Science Diet dry kibble puppy food which is highly nutritious for their growth. In case you choose not to use it, it is recommended to gradually transition your puppy from the current to the new one.

  
  

• Poop Bags are self-explainable!

  
  

• Puppies and adults alike love soft, comfy beds. I put them in the playpen, along with their dishes, toys and grass potty pad.

  
  

• Water and food dishes have rubber bottoms to prevent them from sliding around.

• Hard rubber teething bones that puppies enjoy chewing.

  
  

• Soft toys make crunchy noises that keep puppies occupied for quite awhile.
